Attempting to attend everything can quickly become overwhelming, so this year, I’m focusing on managing my time more mindfully. I always start my day with Korea’s renowned beauty and wellness treatments, which set a revitalising tone for the rest of the day. My routine includes a mix of clinical skincare, recovery IV cocktails, specialty massages, Korean saunas, scalp spas, beauty salon visits, acupuncture, and traditional Korean medicine. Additionally, I incorporate Korean wellness supplements, like Temple by Suri [Su Park launched the wellness lifestyle brand 'Temple‘ during Seoul art week and Paris fashion week this month], to boost immunity and aid recovery throughout the week!
