Ad Sales Manager—digital platforms

The Art Newspaper is looking for an experienced digital advertising sales manager to join its London sales team.

We are seeking a candidate with specific digital-agency sales experience to bring our industry-leading audience to global brands in the luxury, tourism, heritage and direct-to-consumer markets.

The successful applicant will bring a live contacts list for digital decision-makers at agencies such as Mediacom, Dentsu, and Havas.

The ideal candidate will build on TAN’s existing digital arts advertising base. Experience within the arts and/or luxury sectors is valuable but not essential.

As part of a small team, the candidate will be responsible for the entire sales process, including establishing a pipeline, writing proposals, receiving ad materials and sending out media packages and copies of the newspaper.

The candidate should be comfortable brainstorming and devising plans for new streams of digital revenue outside the standard monthly digital cycle.

At least one year’s experience in advertising sales is expected. Proficiency in Google Ad Manager is expected.

Base salary, depending on experience, from circa £32,000. Generous commission package additional. Pension and medical insurance options after three-month trial period.

Interested candidates should send a résumé with a covering letter explaining their suitability for the role to arts.commercial@theartnewspaper.com.

The Art Newspaper is an equal-opportunity employer committed to building an equitable workforce and promoting qualified persons regardless of race, gender, colour, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, veteran status and others who are under-represented in the cultural sector. Our application period will be open until we have a diverse and qualified pool of candidates.
