Turner Prize winner Jesse Darling makes a Miami Beach cameo

A self-portrait by the Turner prize winner Jesse Darling is available with Chapter NY gallery at Art Basel in Miami Beach. O Cowardly Word (2022), priced at under $10,000, was unsold at the time of writing. Darling was announced the winner of the £25,000 prize, the most significant in the UK art world, on Tuesday. The Turner Prize exhibition at the Towner Eastbourne gallery includes work by all four nominees; Darling’s section uses motifs of the British state to conjure a dystopian end-of-the-world environment.
