The galleries London’s White Cube is looking for office space in New York to “serve its international client base”, says a spokeswoman for the gallery. Peter Brandt, who was the co-director of its space in São Paulo until it closed in August, could soon be spending more time in Manhattan.

Robert Sheffield has joined Dominique Lévy as associate director in London after five years as the associate director in the UK chairman’s office of Christie’s London.

Pace gallery is due to open an office in Paris—in the courtyard at 10-12 Avenue de Messine, in the eighth arrondissement—in early November. The inaugural display will be of works on paper by Alexander Calder. The office will be open by appointment only, and will be run by Valentina Volchkova, Pace’s international director of sales.

The Art Dealers Association of America has elected Adam Sheffer, a partner at Cheim & Read gallery, as its new president.

Marianne Boesky has made Adrian Turner, Serra Pradhan and Ricky Manne partners of the gallery.

Ben Parsons, formerly the VIP relations director at Start Art Fair, has joined London’s Ronchini Gallery as sales director.

The fairs Following the surprise departure of Kate Bryan as the director of London’s Art15 fair (after one edition), Nathan Clements-Gillespie, the former director of external affairs at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Rome (Macro), has filled the post.

David Zwirner, Maureen Paley and Mary Mary are among the dealers due to take part in Independent Brussels, the offshoot of the New York fair that opens in the Belgian capital next spring (20-23 April).

The auction houses Loic Gouzer has been promoted to deputy chairman of Christie’s post-war and contemporary department.
