Despite appearing in 15 international public collections, including the Tate’s and the Hirshhorn Museum’s, hyper-realist sculptor Ron Mueck has never appeared at an art fair—until now. He debuts this week at Hauser & Wirth gallery (2.0/B12), which has taken on representation of the artist in collaboration with former dealer-turned-philanthropist Anthony d’Offay. The gallery is showing Youth, 2009, a small-scale sculpture priced £450,000, and will also stage a Mueck show in London in 2012.
